I'd like to share a quick little shader I made.
It's a grass shader where wind is controlled by a panned 'noise texture' projected from above (world X and Z).
The strength of the 'wind' is also affected by the vertex colors of the mesh if that is available.

I reworked the vertex displacement to only allow one direction (the direction of the wind).

Both versions are nice, but the newest one works best with lone shrubbery compared to the previous version.
