Lerping or Blending with Two Splatmaps

I'm currently getting a lot of visual bugs when I added a second splatmap node to my shader.
Is there a solution for blending or lerping multiple splatmaps to enable 8 customizable options for the texture? (Each splatmap is used to add 4 different options to the shader.)
Using 1 splatmap seems to work great on my current shader, but the second that I continue the lerp nodes with the second splatmap, it distorts the effects from the first splatmap and anything from the second splatmap is no longer accurate. I have already tried swapping out the textures and changing the Lerp node to a Blend node and it still sends the same issues.
