NeCo Software AB (“Neat Corporation”, “Neat Corp” or “we”) is a game development studio and publisher. We develop and distribute games on Steam, Meta Quest, Oculus Home, PICO, and PlayStation (collectively “platforms”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through our games, how we use it, and how you can contact us regarding your data.

Data We Collect and How We Use It

When you play our games, certain data may be processed automatically to make core game features work properly and to help us improve performance and stability.

The data we collect includes:

• User identification data (such as a platform-specific user ID or account token) — used to enable platform features like:
  • Achievements and progress tracking
  • Cloud saves and unlockable in-game content
  • Multiplayer and leaderboard functionality (if applicable)
• Technical and diagnostic data — such as crash logs, performance metrics, and anonymized usage data.
  This information is collected automatically through the platform’s software development kits (SDKs) or similar tools, and is used only for debugging, analytics, and improving stability and gameplay experience.

We do not collect or process personal information such as your real name, email address, or physical location. We do not sell or share any data with third parties outside the platform providers that deliver these features (e.g., Meta, Steam, etc.). All data is handled according to the privacy and security frameworks of the respective platforms.

Data Retention and Deletion

We only retain the data described above for as long as it is needed to provide the game’s functionality and support. If you wish to request deletion of your data (for example, to remove game progress, cloud saves, or crash data associated with your user ID), you can contact us at:

• The name of the game
• The platform (e.g., Meta Quest, Steam, etc.)
• Your user ID or gamertag (if applicable)

We will respond to your request and coordinate deletion where possible through the platform provider’s systems.

Requests from Public Authorities

In the event of a data request from a public authority, we will:

• Review the legality of the request
• Challenge it if it appears unlawful
• Disclose only the minimum necessary information
• Document the request and our response
