NeCo Software AB (“Neat Corporation”, “Neat Corp” or “we”), is a game development studio and publisher, and use data provided by you as a player and/or end user (“player”, “you”) as you use our products on Steam, Meta Quest, Oculus Home, PICO or Playstation (“platform”, “platforms”).

Our Data Collection and Usage

The data that we are collecting and using is:

• user identification relating to achievements, cloud save, and unlockable content;
• crash data and other non-personal data about the usage of our products.

We use the above mentioned user data to be able to provide the product’s features in a functional way. We may also use the crash data and other non-personal data about the usage of our products for bug fixing purposes, and/or improvements to the product.

We do not use your data for any other purpose than stated in this Privacy Policy. We do not extract and/or store any personal data from the platforms. We do not share personal user data with any third party. If you do not consent to us using your user identification for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, you can opt out by not using our products.

In the event of a request for personal data of users from a public authority we commit ourselves to

• Review of the legality of the request
• Challenge the request if it is considered unlawful
• Apply a data minimisation policy - the ability to disclose the minimum information necessary
• Document these requests, including our responses to the requests, the legal reasoning and actors involved
